The purpose of this research is to design service design, a canvas business model (BMC) based on the services that have been designed and know role society. required data divided into two, namely primary secondary data. Primary was obtained by conducting interviews observations tourists, managers community around Siregar Aek Nalas. such as access, amenities, safety security, processes, physical or digital artifacts, stakeholders/stakeholders, Village Tourism services. Secondary literature studies. strategy carried out develop Nalas Service Dominant Logic (SDL) creating map tourist travel before visit, during visit completion from then with presence nine components customer segment, value proposition, channel, relationship, revenue stream, key resource, activities, partnership cost structure. Design done co-creation visit. creation eight programs.
